Back in 2004, when we ideated and planned to kickstart Veohm, had a unique vision. To create natural and fluid living spaces amidst a balance of what would set it apart from other real estate developers would be its light, ventilation and greenery, homes that offer warmth and solace, and proximity to nature.
Veohm’s very first villa was constructed as a rental space for serviced apartments and was an unmitigated success, garnering acclaim for its architecture and services alike. We then continued to make our presence felt in this space with high-end permium luxury apartments at the heart of the city centre, the unique feature with these apartments being that each home can lay claim to being designed and personalized differently. Needless to say, Veohm hasn’t looked back since, and we have successfully developed three more serviced apartments, two large residential projects, and a commercial projects as well over the last few years.
